TCGC - Call-to-Action for week of 3/30

 First and foremost, we trust that you and your family enjoyed a Blessed Easter, celebrating the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

 Our Tennessee Constitutional Grassroots Coalition (TCGC) is back again this week with the latest updates on bills moving through the Tennessee legislature. Please watch the video below and reach out to your representatives and senators on these important bills, which have votes scheduled for this week. And, don’t forget to let them know that you are part of TCGC.

 Also, there are several Second Amendment related bills being voted on this week. Check out our 2024 Legislation Summary for a list of these bills, which includes the contact information so you can reach out to the appropriate representatives and senators before April 2nd. Our Second Amendment rights shall not be infringed.   

Bills for Immediate Action

 HB2310/SB2782 Child Protection – Creates a civil penalty for transporting a minor for transgender medical abuse. SUPPORT these bills by contacting the House Civil Justice Committee before April 3rd & Senate Judiciary Committee before April 1st. 

 HB2432/SB2034 Illegal Immigration – Increases fines for transporting illegals into TN. SUPPORT these bills by contacting the Senate Judiciary Committee before April 1st.

 HB2190/SB2538 Limited Government – Authorizes the governor to send 2,000 Tennessee National Guardsmen to the southern border. SUPPORT these bills by contacting the House Finance Ways & Means Subcommittee before April 3rd. 

 HB2452/SB2641 Medical Freedom – Recommends rather than declares childhood vaccinations. SUPPORT these bills by contacting your House Rep and the Senate Judiciary Committee before April 1st.
